Our aim at robertburns-gifts.com is to provide you with high quality products and a level of service that
satisfies your requirements. If you are uncertain about any of the following information, please contact
us and we will be happy to clarify your enquiry.
We will not share your personal details with anyone else and we will not contact you unless there is an
issue with your order that we wish to clarify.
Postage is priced on the basis of a purchase of one item only. If more than one item is purchased, please
contact us by email to ascertain the cost.
Alternative payment methods
If you cannot pay by credit/debit card on-line, you can also pay by post. Make a cheque out for the cost of
the item plus postage to CONTACT CORPORATE MERCHANDISE and we will send the order within 7/14 working days.
Sales tax / VAT
Sales to addresses within the European Union are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices throughout this
site include VAT which is discounted at check-out if ordering outside Europe.
Please note that we can accept no responsibility for duties and other import taxes that certain countries
(or states) may apply to your order.
Normally goods will be despatched within 48 hours of your payment being cleared, however you should allow
7 to 14 for delivery. Should there be any delay on our part, we will contact you via the details you submit
with your order. Please contact us in advance if you have a deadline by which an order needs to arrive and
we will do our utmost to satisfy your requirement.
Our Small orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Post while larger orders and for orders to the rest
of the world will be sent by Royal mail Standard Parcels or Surface mail. Normally, allow 28 days for delivery.
However, surface mail for some parts of the world may take up to 8 weeks, so if you wish your order to be
shipped by air-mail or another method, please contact us. All goods are shipped at our risk, but any damage
or loss must be notified within 48 hours after delivery by email or telephone whereupon we will organise a
refund or a re-shipment of goods.
Any dispute arising out of your order from this site will be governed by the laws of Scotland.
